Happy Couple Get Their Dream Home in the Element development at Western Harbour.

The couple who have just bought a luxury apartment in the Element
development at Western Harbour in Leith have waited a while to do
exactly that.

The Kimbers had their heart set on a flat on the site and have watched
the FM Property development being built.

The design, as the name hints at, fits into the natural surroundings
with clean, geometric lines but still with the modern façade expected of
such a development.

The interior feel of the building is spacious and flexible with living
areas that consist of large open spaces finished with light, natural
colours. And the floor to ceiling windows in the sixth floor apartment will give them exactly the fantastic views over the Forth Road Bridge that they were looking for.

To make it their dream property John Kimber, who is himself a
builder, will be installing a kitchen and bathroom suited to their own
exacting specification.

Mrs Kimber said: "This will be our dream home on our dream site with
exactly the views we have been looking forward to.

"It is in a great location, a few minutes walk away from the Ocean
Terminal shopping complex and near good restaurants on the Shore on Leith."

Mr Kimber said: "I have had my eye on this development since it was at
the planning stage and I have been talking to the people at FM regularly
as the project was going along."

The Kimbers apartment like all those in the development includes its
individually allocated underground parking space.
